Competence Development

Competency development is suitable for groups as well as individuals. The focus here is on a structured development and enhancement of knowledge, attitude and proficiency.

This can be realized through the completion of an assessment that is then compared with required core competencies for a specified function. On the basis of a comparative analysis a plan can be developed to close the gap between current and required competencies. This is most successfully achieved with specified training, coaching-on-the-job and intervention.
