Auditing

Key Result can conduct audits for clients who request them.  Consultants are available to conduct audits on individual projects or even on the management of a project portfolio within an organisation.

Audits can also be conducted on specific aspects of a project or an audit can also be conducted to assess the use of a specific methodology.  The well known PRINCE2 Health Check is an example of the latter and is one of the services offered by Key Result.
