The Business Case is the driving force behind every project according to PRINCE2.  So how can it be that prestigious projects often end disastrously? In what condition was the Business Case in?

Anybody can develop a Business Case that is suitable simply by making the expected result equal to the desired result. This of course is not always the best way to work.
