The head PMO is responsible for setting up, arranging and improving the Project Management Office. In addition to operational management of projects and project managers, the head PMO also supervises the project management processes and their continuous improvement.
Project Auditor Profile
The Project Auditor is responsible for (randomly) checking and testing the project or programme in relation to the agreed aims and agreements. The Project Auditor is able to focus on a single project or on sub-sections such as finance and control, decision-making processes, risk management, used norms and standards and project performance.
